Delivery
We offer delivery across the UK. Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £18.95, calculated at checkout.
For international enquiries, please contact us before placing an order and we'll discuss options with you directly.
We use a courier service for larger pieces and can also arrange collection from our workshop in Devon — please contact us if you'd prefer to collect.
Lead times
Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 5 working days of payment. Made-to-order pieces have a lead time of up to 25 working days, which will be confirmed when you place your order. We'll keep you informed of progress along the way.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a description and photos. We'll make it right.
Returns — ready-to-ship items
For items that are not made to order, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To exercise this right, contact us at contact us within that window. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return postage is at the customer's cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Returns — made-to-order items
Bespoke and made-to-order pieces are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, as they are made specifically to your requirements. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
