These terms govern your use of lomasdesign.com and any purchases made through it. Please read them before placing an order.

About us

Lomas Design is a sole trader business based in Devon, UK, operated by Duncan Passmore. Contact us.

Orders

By placing an order through this site, you are making a purchase. A contract between us is formed at the point of sale.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example, if an item is no longer available or if there has been a pricing error on the site. In such cases, any payment taken will be refunded in full.

Pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment details.

Made-to-order items

Where an item is made to order, your order constitutes an agreement for us to make that specific piece. Lead times are indicative and we will keep you informed of progress. As bespoke items are made to your requirements, they are not eligible for return under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (see our Delivery & Returns page for details). Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Liability

Our liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the total price paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including photography, copy, and design — is the property of Lomas Design and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order will apply to that order.
